YOUR IDEAS, OUR INSPIRATION
Contact our design team to share the initial ideas of the desired jewelry. The more detailed your enquiry, the easier we can craft your dream jewellery piece. You can send us a drawing, reference images, sketches or other imagery to illustrate your ideas for the new design.
Once the concept design is discussed and finalized, only then the idea starts taking its shape.
DESIGN YOUR MASTERPIECE
After learning and understanding your exact needs, our designers will create different variations and sketches with your concept as the foundation reference. Our production team will then send your proposals until you make the decision on one.
Variations and modifications are always an option if there are any queries. To better illustrate your vision, we can provide drawings, computer designs and mock-ups of the jewel. Our experts will not proceed to production until you are completely satisfied with the result.
Once the design is finalized and confirmed, it then passes ahead for the production. When everything's agreed, we'll ask for a 50% deposit so we can progress to the next stage: manufacturing the jewelry!
CRAFTING YOUR CUSTOM JEWELLERY
Your jewellery design will be sent off to our expert artisan in our workshop for completion. The diamonds can be set in 18k yellow, rose, white gold or platinum. The crafting process may take around four to five weeks depending on your design and intricacy of its elements.
This step includes the work of a gold smith, setting of stones (if applicable). All the materials, diamonds and gemstones in the jewelry are ethically sourced with certifications and screenings.
FINAL BESPOKE CREATION
This is the part where you can sit back and relax. After we create your jewelry, we will make the final presentation to you. We will then make adjustments to the jewelry to ensure sizing as well as your satisfaction with our design and craftsmanship.
The jewelry will then be delivered at your doorstep or you can collect it from our studio office in NYC.

TIMELINE
The timeline of a bespoke piece of jewelry depends on the individual piece, its intricacy and the order schedule. Ideally it takes about 4-5 weeks for your dream design to come to life, although some projects could be done within 2 weeks.

Custom jewelry can range dramatically in its pricing depending on the design, materials and the metal selection. We believe that these special projects can be accessible within a wide budget range. Our team delivers the best results to ensure the project fits within the desired budget and realizes your vision.
NOT IN SEATTLE
Once the jewelry is adjusted as per your specifications and requests, the package is then shipped to your shipping address with secured logistics with live tracking to any part of the world.
